These products contain collections of SNPs designed to answer specific questions. All products in this category use Illumina's original "Golden-Gate" chemistry, implemented in a 96-well format. This includes the Human linkage mapping product, MHC panels, the Cancer panel, and the DNA test panel.
Genome Wide Association Products:
These products are high density SNP arrays designed to assay the entire genome, based on tagging SNPs from the HapMap project. These products are also ideal for LOH/Copy Number Variation studies. All products in this category use Illumina's "Infinium" chemistry.
Custom Genotyping Products:
These products allow you to select your own SNPs, from any species, and can be implemented in either chemistry, depending on the number of SNPs required for your project.
